St. Mark's Partnership with
Grace Presbyterian Church of Spring Hill

We are very excited to announce a new partnership with Grace Presbyterian Church of Spring Hill!
With the approval of both the Session of St. Mark's and of Grace Presbyterian, together with the Commission of Ministry of the Tampa Bay Presbytery, we have come to an agreement to form a somewhat unprecedented and exciting new partnership!

Here are the official terms of the agreement:
- Rev. Dr. Keith Posehn will provide weekly preaching, worship service leadership, and preparation for one weekly worship service on Sundays at 11:30am.
- Grace Presbyterian will provide a Staff Pastor for Pastoral Care as needed by St. Mark's members.
- Grace Presbyterian will provide a Moderator for the Session of St. Mark's at the direction of the Presbytery of Tampa Bay.
- Grace Presbyterian will provide a Staff Pastor for memorial services and weddings for St. Mark's members.
- Grace Presbyterian will provide all materials for the weekly worship service, with St. Mark's being responsible for providing any additional necessary information to the Grace staff.
- Grace Presbyterian will be responsible for providing effective congregational communication, such as newsletters, email, website, telephone, etc.
- Grace Presbyterian will provide services for bookkeeping, payroll, and contribution tracking.
- Grace Presbyterian Staff and Elders will offer insight as to how we can most effectively use the financial resources that God has given us.
- Grace Presbyterian will review and provide guidance and recommendations regarding a plan developed by St. Mark's relative to our vision and direction for the future of our ministries.
- St. Mark's will continue to have its own functioning and independent Session and Board of Deacons.
This agreement will be in effect from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
The effectiveness of this agreement will be reviewed after six months and is revocable with thirty day notice upon agreement of both Sessions and the Commission of Ministry of the Tampa Bay Presbytery.
